Offering our customers the best possible support, we are working with a special Canon-Edition of the proven remote control software TeamViewer in version 5.0.

The TeamViewer needs no administrative rights and will not be installed. You just have to download and run the program.
After starting the TeamViewer it will connect via the web port (port 80) with the TeamViewer server. As long as the program is started we can connect to your PC by using an individual given ID to support you.

1. Loading of the TeamViewer Support Tool

If you want to call the support software only once, please click 'Run' in the download message window.
By using 'Save' you can store the program for multiple use.

After starting the software it connects to the internet and will present you the individual ID a few seconds later (marked yellow below).

Please tell us this ID and the Password ('Kennwort') on the telephone.
